Loans are basically attributed to the borrowers to be repaid on pre-agreed time-frame with principal premium and interest. The products are designed for Income Generating Activities (IGA). The underlying objective is to ensure repayment on time or as agreed beforehand prior to sanctioning of the credit services and hence, the credit lines shall be assessed on the basis of the repayment capacities envisioned at the time of request of the Loan facilities. Loan services will be provided under limit of NRB guidelines. Loan products are as follows.

Micro Business Loan:

After completion of compulsary group trainning, the members become eligible to take Loan. Clients can choose their projects as per their own knowledge about any kind of activities, and can submit loan application at the center.This loan is provided to the clients based on performance and repayment trend in the sequence.

The loan limit, pricing and tenure are subject to change within the framework of NRB directives.(Group based Loan limit not more than 500000, beginning maximum upto 100000 NRs for first loan cycle).

Micro Enterprise (ME) Loan:

This is collateral based loan. Besides the Income Generating Loan (IG Loan) , MKLB provides ME loan to fulfill the requirements of the micro entrepreneurs. The upper limit for this loan is not more than mentioned in NRB guidelines.( Up to 700000 and subject to change as per NRB guidelines)

Individual Loan:

This is collateral based loan. This loan product is designed for those who do not wish to join group for various reasons. The maximum amount of this loan is up to Rs. 300000/- depending upon nature of business and requirement of client. The loan shall be provided for maximum period of three years.

Other Loan:

Besides above loan products MKLB will introduce other loan services like Foreign Employment, Vocational Education, Renewal Energy, Seasonal loan , special loan etc.
